Nursery Manager
Tracy Pattison

Hello, my name is Tracy, I am the Nursery Manager here at Children 1st Main Street Nursery School.

I’ve been working in childcare for the past 28 years, and it’s truly my passion. I began my journey as a nursery nurse, moved into senior roles, and eventually into management, working across all age groups and with a variety of nursery groups along the way. These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge that I love sharing with my team, helping them grow and provide the best possible care for our children.

I hold a Level 4 qualification in childcare and am a qualified SENCo, which allows me to support every child’s unique needs. I joined Main Street Nursery in 2022, and what I love most is the wonderful family feel we’ve created here, a warm, homely, and welcoming environment where children feel happy and safe. We’re lucky to have a long serving, close knit team who work hand in hand with our families to make sure every child has their very best day with us.

I’d love to welcome you to Main Street please do get in touch or book a visit to come and see what makes our nursery so special.

Nursery chef

Our onsite chef prepares nutritious, delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients where possible. We introduce children to a variety of flavors, sparking curiosity, encouraging healthy eating habits, and fostering an appreciation for good nutrition from an early age.

Making a difference

Our Community

We believe in the power of kindness and the importance of giving back. We’re always looking for ways to support good causes and get involved in our community, helping to make a positive impact where it’s needed most.

Throughout the year, we’ll be organising a range of fun and meaningful fundraising activities, from bake sales and dress-up days to sponsored challenges and community events. It’s a great way for our children, families, and team to come together, have fun, and make a real difference.
