Our rooms meet the needs of our babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers with inviting environments and natural resources.
Our home from home environment uses natural resources that engage children and ignite their curiosity and wonder
Your children will spend dedicated time in our outdoor areas, to connect them with nature through a variety of outdoor experiences.
Our tailored spaces and hybrid approach to education allow children to reach their full potential at their own pace and in their own time.
Healthy snacks and delicious fresh food are cooked every day by our onsite chef using local and seasonal produce when we can. Children experience new flavours and look forward to favourite dishes while older children help in our kitchen.
We offer children a play-based curriculum which meets the EYFS requirements, along with adventurous Forest School sessions for our preschoolers. Every day at Woodville, we encourage children to be inquisitive and imaginative in our stimulating environment. In doing so, they soon develop a real love of learning and a curious mind.
Our experienced team come with a wealth of early years learning insight. We know that every child is different with their own story to tell, so we make sure that your child learns in a way and at a pace that’s right for them.

The staff are incredible and very friendly and welcoming. They ensure you have a full handover each day and show genuine love towards the children.
They have catered greatly for our daughter's allergies and have always been on hand to help us with any development issues we have crossed. Couldn't ask for better to provide care for our daughter.
The well-being, security and education of the children have exceeded our expectations. Everyone goes above and beyond for the children.
The nursery facilities are brilliant and the staff are amazing. My daughter has thrived since being here and I'm so happy I chose Woodville Day Nursery. She has freshly cooked meals daily and loves spending time outside playing with her friends and the staff. The staff are so caring and friendly, they are all experienced and have all been there a while which shows it's a nice place to be and work. My daughter always loves coming and I know she's in safe hands.
Our educators create opportunities for sensory discovery and gentle play. Babies deepen their awareness of the world around them and begin to learn and develop new skills, from walking to talking. We also have our very own garden for this age group where they can enjoy outdoor play as well as visits to the local park.
Older babies enjoy free play sessions and stimulating activities to ignite their imaginations. We'll also guide children in independent feeding during snack time and meals.
After a busy morning of exploring and learning, there’s time to recharge. We know how important naps are, and make sure that when they need it, babies can sleep.
As their story begins to take shape, growing toddlers are given the time and space to be more independent, discover and learn. Children make friends, learn to play alongside each other and become more aware of the world around them. Our experienced educators encourage language development too, starting with simple sounds and building to sentences.
Toddlers enjoy daily activities across all areas of learning including mathematics, role play, technology and arts and crafts. Social skills and peer relationships are enhanced through group activities and educators use free play and adult-led sessions for more targeted learning support.
With growing confidence and ability, we prepare our pre-school children for the learning journey ahead with a focus on phonics, numbers, technology and social skills. There are group activities to enjoy too, including story and circle time and weekly PE lessons.
Children have free flow access to our safe outdoor garden and take walks in the community and to the local park. They’ll also immerse themselves in the magic and wonder of our Forest School sessions which create lots of opportunities for imaginative play.
Children spend their final year at Woodville getting ready for primary school. By this time, they have made firm friendships and leave us as independent, curious and confident learners, ready for the next chapter of their own story.
Amidst all that learning, there’s plenty of time for play with games, creative activities and outdoor fun.
If children prefer some time away from the hustle and bustle, our quiet area is equipped with reading books and spaces to complete homework.
Whether it’s breakfast to start the day or a hearty meal after school, all of our nutritious food is freshly prepared daily.
