The Nursery Management Today (NMT) Conference 2025 brought together many of the most influential voices in early years — a space where ideas are exchanged, challenges are explored, and the future direction of our sector is shaped. This year, Storal was proud to play a meaningful role in those conversations.
One of the highlights of the conference was the CEO Panel, chaired by our very own Sarah Mackenzie, CEO. Sarah led a thought‑provoking discussion with leaders from across the sector, exploring the evolving landscape of early years, the opportunities ahead, and the shared responsibility we have in shaping brighter futures for children and families. Her leadership at the panel reflected the thoughtful, collaborative approach she brings to Storal each day.
Storal’s contribution didn’t end there. Emma Goodall, Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance, took to the stage as a speaker in Food for Thought: The Future of Early Years Nutrition. Joined by sector specialists, Emma helped unpack one of the most important cornerstones of early education — high‑quality, nutritious food — and how settings can lead the way in raising standards and embedding healthy habits for life.
Being part of the NMT Conference is always an energising moment for us. It’s a chance to share what we’ve learned, engage with forward‑thinking peers, and contribute to the wider conversation about what early years education should look like, not just today, but for the future we’re all working toward.
We’re incredibly proud of Sarah, Emma, and everyone at Storal whose passion and expertise continue to elevate our voice within the sector. Their presence reflects who we are: a family of nurseries driven by purpose, collaboration and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child.
